Reception Class Intake - September 2024
School tour bookings are now being taken. Please either telephone or email admin to book your personal tour of school.
Dates available are :
Saturday 23rd September: 10am - 12
Wednesday 4th October: 9.30pm-2.30pm
Monday 9th October: 9.30am-2.30pm
Friday 17th Novenber: 9.30am - 2.30pm
The open door of communication has been great and also just the warmth with which both our daughter's were welcomed to the school. It has really justified our decision to make a big move to see our girls thrive in such a brilliant school.
We couldn’t be more happy with the caring, calm professionalism that has gone into starting school in reception.
The “buddy system” and welcoming of the reception children with a teddy bear was great not only in making school fun and rewarding for the children but giving them reassurance of support from others.
I generally do not think school and the amazing teachers can do anymore to improve. The whole transition has been excellent and all have ensured that my child is happy, comfortable and settled.
We are really happy with the way both girls have settled in. At the first parents evening, it was striking that both sets of teachers said it felt like the girls had always been there and indeed they have both been content and relaxed at the school from the very beginning. Think this was due to the great teachers they both had, having their enthusiasm recognised with headteachers awards was also a really great boost to their confidence.
